Portsmouth brewery will be part of September equestrian event
HAMPTON FALLS — The Jumper Classic, New England's annual elite show jumping event featuring the $75,000 Fidelity Investments AGA Grand Prix, will offer patrons a taste of New Hampshire during the VIP luncheon scheduled to take place on Sunday, Sept. 6, at the Silver Oak Equestrian Center in Hampton Falls. While the nation's top riders, including Olympic medalists, compete at the highest level of this equestrian sport, VIP spectators enjoy a unique venue complete with ringside seating, entertainment and gourmet foods.
"We're pleased to announce New Hampshire's own craft brewery, Smuttynose Brewing Company, will be serving specialty beers during the VIP luncheon and in the Riders' Tent," said Melissa Lovasco, president of the Jumper Classic. "We enjoy giving our patrons the opportunity to sample fine regional products — it's part of the Jumper Classic tradition for the past 20 years."
Held under the VIP tents at the Silver Oaks Equestrian Center Grand Prix show grounds in Hampton Falls, the VIP luncheon offers patrons the ultimate show experience with ringside seating, elegant decor and the opportunity to sample some carefully selected foods and beverages. The tradition of the Fidelity Investments Jumper Classic VIP luncheon includes garden party attire and a ladies' hat contest with prizes presented by Boston Common Magazine.
Tickets to the VIP luncheon are $165 per person or table sponsorships with ringside seating for ten are also available. VIP tickets include the Champagne Luncheon catered by Gourmet Caterers, complimentary bar, VIP parking and a program book.
