New editor-in-chief at Boston Common
Boston Common magazine has tapped a new editor-in-chief.
Her name is Janice O’Leary and she previously worked as an associate editor at Martha Stewart’s Body + Soul magazine and as a Boston Globe Magazine correspondent.
She’s currently teaching in Boston University’s publishing certificate program and will remain on staff there while working with Boston Common, the magazine announced today in a release.
O’Leary has also contributed to Boston Weddings Magazine, Lola, Natural Health, and HomeSpa and has appeared in literary journals including Harvard Review, Agni, and Portland Review.
She also spent five years in book publishing working with Little Brown & Company and Bulfinch Press.
