Dashing Deval Patrick

Boston Common slobbers all over Gov. Deval Patrick in the new Style issue, so much so that the state’s commander-in-chief probably needs a cold shower!
But Obama’s Bay State BFF does look mighty GQ sitting on the porch of his Sweet Pea Farm in the Berkshires wearing his favorite pair of comfy jeans, a preppy oxford and no shoes.
Deval dishes that the most stylish Leader of the Free World was President John F. Kennedy and that he teases his buddy Barack “about how he’s been wearing basically the same suit and tie through the whole election.
We also learn that the gov buys his suits off the rack at J&T Custom Tailors in the Financial District and that his missus, Diane, picks out his spiffy ties.
Patrick admits “in the next life, I want to be tall and skinny.”
To which, interviewer Jim Braude of NECN and 96.9 WTKK, opines: “In this one, while he’s not likely to be either, Patrick carries what he’s got with style.”
The issue, with “Lipstick Jungle” actress - and BU alum - Kim Raver on the cover, hits the street today. Bath towels all around . . .
